Hacktool.Rootkit - msdirectx.sys

I've had this problem for some time. Everytime I delete msdirectx.sys and all it's registry values, it just comes back everytime I restart my computer or turn off Norton Internet Security. It download's a file to my Windows folder called alk.exe and downloads another trojan into my temporary internet folder in the form of a .jpg file (always has a different name, but avg always picks it up). It closes task manager the second I open it, locks up programs like winzip, winrar and msn messenger, and eventually just freezes my whole system and I have to restart.

I've ran Ad-aware and Spybot, my system is clean of all spyware.
