Hi everyone

That's my my first topic ever and given the opportunity i would like to thank all of you (geeks) who share your valuable knowledge with us and provide us with useful solutions.

First of all my OS is Windows Vista and i have got a Sony VAIO VGN-AR41L laptop.

My problem first appeared as an MSN Messenger problem where i receive the following error message:
You are not connected to .NET Messenger service

Error 800401f3

I have searched the web for solutions but the are solutions only for Windows XP
However i now face problems with Internet Explorer where while i have full access to the web and to all web sites, I get the comment that 'there are errors in the page ' and no hyperlinks work. In addition to these when i open some internet connected applications (such as tv apps) many (at least 20) small identical error windows appear in the center of the screen.

It might be useful to know that my keyboard is really slow when i press a button continuously and when enter windows i got the message tha SYnoptics applications has stopped.

I would be grateful for every possible help that will prevent me from formatting. I have tried many things but nothing really worked.
Thank you in advance

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
