ok so i had major pc problems...it wouldnt boot so i put in my install cd xp pro sp2 and select my partition only 1...and choose not to format...so now i can get in my computer on a new user and selecting the old user isnt an option so i selected all my old user stuff in the folder and copied them to my new user well...couple things are corupt but i figured...but how do i get my add / remove list ...and my startup list..?

Since you completely re-installed windows instead of repairing it I am not sure If you can actually retrieve those lists.
I can only say for 90% as there might be tools I don't know of. But to my knowledge you can't.
