I've spoken with ISP help, tried everthing they had. I went to support.microsoft and tried everything on their troubleshooting page. NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!! I can open a command prompt window and ping web sites and get responses. I can access the web from both of our labtops through the wireless router and DSL modem. While at the MS site I disabeld all services, took all programs out of startup all with the same results "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page". I also disbaled my semantic firewall. Any help would sure be appreciated :) :)
