Hey. My name is Angus and thanks for your technical suport. Just yesterday, I have been encountering a popup titled Loader.exe everytime i start up windows live messenger. I have tried re-installing WLM but that did not solve the problem. I suspect it is something greater and more malicious than just a problem with messenger. I have a feeling it's some sort of malware or trojan. After doing some research on google i discovered that loader.exe is a "Backdoor.Prorat Virus" whatever that is. Anyways i was unable to find any method, not even norton or any other anti-virus programs for that matter, to remove this malware which is why i am seeking help from you guyss, you awesome pc superheroes who save the lives of many innocent pc users. anyways thanks for reading this post and i amlooking forward to your help and rescuee.

Attached is a picture of the popup

Thanks again for your help.

`angus.

Go to http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.
