I want to reload my computer with the original XP disc (not a OIM ) I have the disk but would seem to have lost the 5 x 5 number code numbers. I have tried the jellybean program which come back as unregistered. I think this code is in the register any assistance would be appreciated

Hi there rustyagain

One solution for this would be to buy a new XP Licence from either Microsoft or a popular retailer in your area and to install it with a new licence.

My-self I cannot help you any further in regards to recover your number

thanks both for your times and replies - should have said the computer is home built and therefore has no record stuck on.

Unfortunately we cannot assist you with finding your key. We cannot be assured over the internet of your true intentions. Even if your intentions are honorable, the next person in line may not be so well intentioned. That kind of information is not available here.

If you cannot find your key, you will need to contact Microsoft to get a new one.
