usbn.exe reported as a possible virus, slow computer [CLOSED]

I was trying to help a friend get her computer up to speed. She's having all kinds of issues with it running really slow and basically locking up on her. She said she tried to click on a window and got a message on the computer "not responding," and the screen just freezes. Sometimes the only way to get out of it is to shut the whole thing down. I'm no expert on HijackThis, but I did notice a few things and I checked on some of the files. Most of it looked okay to me, but the USBN.exe came up as a virus/trojan (Downloader.W32.Small). I'm not sure how it loads and if she can just delete it, so I wanted to check with the experts here. I also think she has a few things loading that she doesn't need until she uses them (i.e., RealPlayer, QuickTime, SlipStream, Messenger, etc.). She also has a lot of references to AOL which she doesn't use. I did notice that it also looks like she may have a secondary virus program running. I've asked her to clarify some of this information and will update this when I get the rest of her information. My main concern is the USBN.exe file and anything you may find suspicious in her HijackThis Log. Thanks so much for your help.

Please print the below instructions or copy them to Notepad. Make sure to work through the fixes in the order mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {77701e16-9bfe-4b63-a5b4-7bd156758a37} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [usbn] C:\WINDOWS\system32\usbn.exe -go -c85 -w21

Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\usbn.exe

Go to http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.
