When I receive email with a swf file extension, it won't open in IE...it goes to a new screen and shows "done", but the page is blank. I have dsl service and have also tried it with web based mail. I reloaded Adobe flash player with same results. However, those files open with Mozilla Firefox...What can I do? Thanks

The problem is probably related to some type of security blocker utility that's installed, since Internet Explorer uses ActiveX to play flash videos, whereas Firefox simply uses the flash-player 'plug-in'. ActiveX can be used to run malicious scripts, whereas the plug-in version (Firefox) does not use ActiveX at all so the video is allowed to run. Possible solutions are listed here: http://kb.adobe.com/...9166#no_content
