Hello again!

You a have helped me in the past and I hope you can do so again.

My PC has crashed a couple of times recently. The error report stated


Error caused by Virtual CD: No specific solution found

Thank you for submitting an error report.

Problem description

An analyst at Microsoft has investigated this problem and determined that an unknown error occurred in Virtual CD (vcdmpdrv.sys). This software was created by Virtual CD.

Solution

Microsoft has researched this problem with Virtual CD, and they do not currently have a solution for the problem that you reported. Below is a list of recommendations to take that may help prevent the problem from recurring.

Contact Virtual CD for support or product updates.
