like g33kgirl was saying I agree with her,I wouldn't steal others networks.
I'm guessing maybe the apartment offer wireless?
If it does you can:
A.Move closer to the main office.
If they do not offer it, you could buy DSL and buy a router and set your on network in your apartment. Which is what I would recommend.
