Win32 Blackbird Problems

I'm having troubles with my computer due to Win32 Blackbird. Every ten minutes or so I receive a pop up that says my computer is badly infected with spyware and I run their spyware program. Also I will get the yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it saying that my computer is at risk (this isn't a real warning when I click on it it opens my web browser and takes me to a spyware website and asks me to purchase their products). Any help would be greatly appriciated
