My USB items (camera and flash drive) are not being recognized.

Right click MY COMPUTER, choose PROPERTIES, choose DEVICE MANAGER, scroll down to USB, click the + to expand the section, right click each thing you find and choose DELETE.

Reboot your machine, windows will redetect your devices and ask you to reboot again. do so
