Mobile Intel 945PM crapiola graphics card

and i want to upgrade my processor to an Intel Core 2 Extreme

I want to upgrade my laptop to run Oblivion-level games.

Could somebody please tell me if this is even possible and if it will fit in my laptop.

Not going to happen, laptops aren't all that upgradable anyway.
The processor may be possible but the graphics certainly will not be upgradable.

What the man above said, graka won't be upgradeable and even the cost of upgrading to a better cpu is not worth it. All in all better to buy a new portable to begin with. Theres alot that comes in to play when upgrading a laptop and the most available upgrades for them is ram and HDD's. The rest is kind of 'off the list'.
