Hi,
Welcome to the site, Sorry about the delay.

I will be handling your log to help you get cleaned up. Please give me some time to look it over and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I want you to show hidden files. There are instructions HERE to help you do this.
You should have Administrator rights to perform the fixes. Some of the instructions I give may need to be printed or saved for reference during the fix. Some of the fix will be done in Safe Mode so you will be unable to access this thread at that time.
Please dont use any of the tools without specific instructions. Some of them are dangerous (and could leave your computer in worse condition that it is when infected) if used incorrectly.
These instructions should be read first, then followed. If you do not understand something, don't be afraid to ask, or see if I'm on chat. :)

Can you please post a freshly scanned Hijack This log. This is because your computers condidtion may have changed.

Are you here to help ppl or just advertise software? I have anti-spyware apps, cleaner apps and I am familiar with online antivirus scans. I do all of these regularly. I am here for advice on my registry.

Yes I donate my time here to help people. I can't wave a magic wand and make it all your computer problems dissapear.
I have no idea what registry progblems you have, you haven't told me. I want to see the logs from the Anti Spyware program and Anti Virus program I asked you to install. After I have looked at the logs and we have finnished cleaning your computer, you can uninstall them.
I don't advertise any software, I asked you to download it because it is free to use, easy to use, small to download, and gives me logfiles so that I can see where the problems are.

Ok, maybe I was a little hasty, and I apologize for insulting you. However, I've done all these things and my computer has been running fine as of late, so I think I am ok for the time being without your help. Thank you though for offering up your time for the benefit of everyone's computer heatlh. Incidentally, I've been using spybot, crapcleaner and trendmicro's housecall, do you feel that the three things you mention are better, and if so why? You don't really need to respond if you are done with this thread and need to move on to others.
Thanks again,

I do like AVG Antispyware better than Spybot, however you need to pay to have resident memory protection, but I don't think it's much. The program is free to use, however.
Trend Micro Anti Virus is a great program.
I couldn't personally recommend crapcleaner, but I havn't used it before.

All that you can expect from an Anti Virus is help stop/warn you from getting infected before you load a file, the best practices are of course safe surfing habits. The newer infections will get around most security you have, Firewall and Anti Virus. So all you can do is be carefull what you are doing online.

Thanks for the advice, very sound. I actually dont use trendmicros software based antivirus, I was referring to their online scanner which I assume is similar to the kaspersky one that you mentioned earlier. For real-time protection I use Nod32.
