Can anyone recommend a good prog. for recovering large amounts of data.

Looking for one thats fast & easy to use.

Had a search on google but dont think theres many good independant reviews.

Are there any free ones?

There are, but none of them will be fast. It can take hours to scan a drive looking for data, even to a point where you may have to leave it running overnight.

lol.... or even days.

been trying to recover/ see 250GB of files & I'm nearly on day 3..... :)

Sadly the free only goes up to about 2gb when you first make if you want more you have to pay.
