Xfer data between installations

if I install WIN2k on a new partition and already have winXP running on the same computer, is there a way top automatically xfer/copy all possible programs and data if i don't have the installers anymore?

but you can copy the data to cd/dvds or usb drive and copy the data over to the other partition with W2k but the applications won't work...
