Best Wireless network card for desktop gaming?

Hi everyone. Currently, I am running my wireless internet on this USB adapter: http://catalog.belki...oduct_Id=179211

Quite frankly, it's horrible for online gaming. I lag about every 50 seconds in every game I play. It really is unbearable. I would like a new network adapter, wireless, using PCI slot, no more USB for me. I have Verizon FiOS High Speed Internet, so I would like something suitable for that. I have Windows Vista if that helps/
