spyware blaster access violation error

Ever since I've recovered from a Vundo infection, I can't seem to use spyware blaster anymore. Every time I tried to load the software it will say "Access Violation error". The program will then terminate. I've tried to do a clean install and whenever I try to apply the protection it will give me the same message and the program will terminate again. Does anyone have a fix for this?
