From a month ago i have problem with my internet ( modem restarting ) . I contacted with the provider of the internet and he told me that i have too much upload cousing overloading the modem and thats why he is restarting. Its good for now... but the real problem is that even i dont have anything open on my PC not a single program connected to the internet my modem continued to restarting once 5-10 minutes i scanned for viruses cleaned what i can clean ... but nothing helped the problem remained... I even made Fdisk on my hard hoping it will work but .. problem remained so the problem is not in virus or maybe after formating i cought the same virus right away ( possibility 1% ). I need some guides or smth how to fix this problem. Thx alot!
