IE freezes pretty much every time I use it. It's usually fine until I try closing all windows, then the last window will just sit there. When I try to ctrl + alt + delete, it says "Explorer (not responding)" and when I try to end task it gives me the "Waiting for window to close." error. Or sometimes if I'm able to close all the IE windows, it'll freeze on me as I try to shut down. I haven't been able to properly shut down my computer in a week, and instead have to manually hold down the power button on my tower. I've tried AdAware, Spybot, Norton Antivirus, scandisk, and I'm fresh out of ideas. Here's my latest log.

Hope you guys can help me. Usually I can fix an IE freezing problem like this through Norton or anti-spyware, but I'm all out of ideas.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi prettyvacant and welcome, sorry for the late reply,

Nothing really showing in your log,,
Might want to try,

Go Here download and install Cleanup!
Open up the program and click on the cleanup button, Let it do it’s thing.
It will ask you to reboot do so,
When the computer restarts it will open again again and finish running allow it to do so please,

Probably a good idea to check Ad-aware for updates and run a scan with that as well,

Let us know if this has any improvement

Hey Don77,

Sorry, I actually posted a reply to you earlier but I put it on another thread and just realized it now. Here's what I said...

"Thanks a lot, Don77!!! I downloaded Cleanup! like you said and I don't know what files it deleted but it freed up half of my C drive space! I have partitions, so I also have a D, E, and F drive and I usually put all my programs on D since my C drive is the smallest space (2.25 GB). Well, my C drive has been building up and I only had about 980 MB left no matter how many programs I uninstalled and deleted but Cleanup cleared it right up. "

So once again, thanks for the help. My computer's been running much more smoothly and faster and best of all NO freezing yet.
