Recently when I start my computer Win Media Player launches at start up. I've already removed it from the startup list in msconfig but that didn't work.
Any ideas?

Try this:

In Run type "regedit" without the quotes and click OK.

In regedit navigate to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run

In the right pane look for Win Media Player listing. If there, delete the entry by right clicking and select delete.
