My public library offers free digital download of books. They use OverDrive Audio Books Software. It says that I need to get a Windows Media Player Security Upgrade in order to download. Following their instructions I get an error message "problem in the Digital Rights management, contact Microsort product support". I have Media player 11 and Windows XP Media. How can I get this to work??

Welcome to Geeks2Go!

This may fix it:

http://drmlicense.on...vit.asp?force=1

The site needs ActiveX to run so you must use Internet Explorer, not a different web-browser.

I tried the site you recommended. I used Internet explorer instead of msn. The upgrade button was not active. So I am in the same position. Help!
