I'm running Windows XP on my laptop...ran SpySweeper and Adaware and they couldn't fix it.

When I go to "add/remove" outerinfo, I get the blue screen of death; when I remove speedrunner (also in my programs list) it never actually goes away and SpySweeper recognizes that it is a new process trying to start up, in addition to 'sfkg6wip,' whatever that is. Thanks in advance!!
