Hi,

My friend has a lot of problems with the laptop and he will come in few days time to me so we can try to clean infections…

In the meantime he manage to scan laptop with kaspersky online scan and I have attached the results – as you can see there are a lot of thingies going on…

Before he come, just a quick question: where should we start first? Reason for this question is that I am quite confident with the xp, and can pretty much go around it with your instructions on g2g – but he has vista (I think home one)… so does the instructions for removing malware apply to vista on the same way as for xp?

Thank you. More information when I see laptop…

Regards,
Den

The instructions in the Sticky Threads do apply to Vista as well.

You will need to post in the Malware Removal forum if you want help fixing the PC, we can't help you here with it
