Not sure what to do because i can't go into safe mode and download a Hijack

Please Help

I end up having to use Winsock Keys to get back internet connectivity

I also did a Panda active scan and it stated that there were no threats on my computer

I also have tried to do a scan in Safe mode but i get a message that says i can't do anything in Safe Mode and that it has encountered a problem.

I can't open SuperAntispyware Edition

And i can't download HiJackThis

This was one of the few programs i was able to download and run

I'm about to end this before my internet connectivity runs out
