svchost exe sucks my internet connection . it sends and recieves data all the time even while all the programs off in my pc and it doesnt allow me to use my internet connection fast. i tried everythin which is described in Click Here before posting a Hijack This log. and more . when i use the port explorer i can see it sucking my internet connectinon here it is the address that sucks my internet connection. 8.12.209.123 and the data about it
