Hi, I'm not exactly sure what is wrong with my computer but I know I have many viruses on it. When I turn it on I get mny popups that say you've been infected by spyware and malware and whatever else that I do not even know of. My McAfee keeps telling me that I have a Vundo Trojan in C:\\WINDOWS\system32\urqpjJC.dll. I've tried to remove it and everytime McAfee says that I need to restart to removie it but after doing so, it pops up again in an endless cycle. I can't go online because the slowness is unbareable. I've used Spy Sweeper and removed the things it found but the problem still persists. Please help me because I am very desperate and have considered just completely reseting my entire laptop. Plese help me! Thanks

Here is my Hijackthis log:

Hi,
Welcome to the site

I will be handling your log to help you get cleaned up. Please give me some time to look it over and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I want you to show hidden files. There are instructions HERE to help you do this.
You should have Administrator rights to perform the fixes. Some of the instructions I give may need to be printed or saved for reference during the fix. Some of the fix will be done in Safe Mode so you will be unable to access this thread at that time.
Please dont use any of the tools without specific instructions. Some of them are dangerous (and could leave your computer in worse condition that it is when infected) if used incorrectly.
These instuctions should be read first, then followed. If you do not understand something, don't be afraid to ask, or see if I'm on chat. :)

Hi,
Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.

Link 1
Link 2
Link 3

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

I'm having trouble pasting in the KASPERSKY report because it is 6.19 MB and is too much to paste in. Is there any other way I can send it to you?

You can break it up and paste it into several posts.
Take as many posts as you need. :)

Edit: actually, you could try and upload it as an attachment to a post, as it does sound a bit large
