My first time here. This is my church's computer, running no virus protection program. Church secretary logs in as the Administrator. XP Operating system.

I have found this problem: "Warning! Spyware detected on our computer!" Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer." Screen is wholly unresponsive at this point.

While I have found this problem addressed on the web, the problem is when I boot the computer in safe mode, and try to bring up Task Manager, I get "Task Manager is disabled." Tried booting in safe mode with command prompt, the Command Window pops up for a brief second, but then the safe mode screen, and again, nothing is responsive.

How can I even get started on this problem!
