I have gone through the instructions several times and still come up with the same issue. After dragging the Windows download to the combofix icon, I end up getting a not installed error message and then combofix tries to start. Is there something I may be doing wrong or is it all alright?
Thanks for the help.

hmm....try deleting combofix and downloading it again.
also make sure you are using the right download - you should be going for either the home or professional version of Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), depending on which one you have.

profession: http://www.microsoft...;displaylang=en
let me know if you still cant get it to work.
