Well my boyfriend is having a problem with his System Idle Processes having a high CPU usage around 99% and 100%. He wasn't having this problem before he downloaded the new update for Mozilla Firefox. I don't know if the two have anything to do with eachother. Anyways, the CPU usage for his System Idle Processes fluxuates and about every 15 minutes or so it will go back up to 99% or 100% lagging his entire computer. Does anyone know what the problem is and/or how to fix it?

Hi xxhotxaznxgurlx...

System Idle Process is that time when the processor is not being used. If something is causing the machine to lag, you need to look in the processes list for something using a lot of CPU time when the System Idle Process is showing a lower reading. Knowing what is using the CPU time may help in determining what's causing the lag.
