Monitor Issues

my monitor picutre keeps resizing and gettting broghter and darker, than if i start a program like counterstrike the starts to get even wider and shorter and brighter and darker, than after a while it balcks out, whan i press windows key+d to return to desktop,after i turn off the monitor and turn it back on the picture returns any answers? <_<

Try removing all you video drivers using driver cleaner, and reinstall the latest driver for your card. If that doesn't work, start shopping for a new monitor.
