I need to start off by saying I really know very little about the hardware aspect of computers. I don't know why one would be better than the other.

The sytem I put together, pretty much based on price and what I assume is compatibility, is listed below.

Hi there,

I strongly recommend you don't use either of those PSU's. Grab yourself a decent case and a quality PSU. Something like a Corsair HX-520 would be a very good choice for your system.
