Firefox and Netscape Problems

My computer of a sudden started crashing in firefox and netscape and sometimes something pop up saying shockwave illegal operation and it closes down my browsers I tired reinstalling shockwave,Firefox,and Netscape and it still having this problem.. anybody know how I can fix this??

Please let me know...

try installing flash player from here ...
then go here to test both shockwave and flash
