I need someones help

Someone I know looked at my computer and i thought he knew what he was doing,but I am not so sure now. I had a bunch of viruses I knew that much because my browser was hijacked and the mouse was like triple clicking just from moving it around the screen. I noticed there were new programs when I was checking the windows folder,but it wouldn't let me remove them it said they were right protected. So he downloaded a bunch of software and went to work.....he got my browser back,the ads stopped, but now when I go to firewall settings in Norton 360 under program rules it lists all the programs that can access the internet and those programs are listed so i switched the access to block. The problem is one if i cant find them in the windows folder anymore how come they are showing up in Norton and two the triple click is still there. I did everything you mention as far as all the spyware and everything is coming up clean except on pandasexurity it says i have 17 infections that i can only clean with paid version and it says i have 66 vulnerabilities.....i will post a hijackhis log..any help appreciated

Also there are 8 items in the backups log for HiJackthis I dont know if he did something he shouldn't have or what also here is the uninstall log....also my computer is custom made with 3 separate drives i dont know if that matters, but just to let you know..thanks for looking into this
