Hi, i want to that you in advance for your time, i realize this is volunteer basis-its much appreciated. So, I dont even know where to begin, I was having some problems before and I posted a hijack log (month or more ago), I ignored the problem because it was mostly just waiting and very slow download speeds..but now (i dont know what happened exactly, and i dont know if it matters but i had a trial norton all in one that expired that day) anywho, i cannot access the internet! i called my ISP and they tested it and said i was receiving service, I disconnected my router and hooked up my desk top directly and still nothing( i unplugged all power sources as well)..so that narrows it down to my computer. So now im at work, and I cant re-run the hijack this because idont have internet to download it from- ..and sadly i cannot afford to take it in..what can i do?
