i didnt mean to double post yesterday, i did it and didnt even think about it and i did it again, and then some tool came and i locked it and i realized what i did...but i do need some help and if you can help me let me know

okay, so i clicked on this youtube profile from yahooanswers.com(which is highly addictive) but anyways, i clicked on it and now a windows-like message appeared and read, "you fool, youtube is banned, and it wasnt the administrators who created this software, guess who did?? MUAHHAHA!!!"...of course my inicial reaction was, 'What the...!'...Then i opened a new browser and tried to get on youtube and it will close down the browser and pop that windows-like message again...ive tried everything, including downloading seek and destroy spyware software and did the full scan and removed potential threats and i still cant get on youtube...it is only youtube that is blocked, not any other site...im thinking it is malware and im pissed...please, give me any help on how to remove it so i can get on my precious youtube again...
