I turned my pc on and it took me to the desktop, a small window popped up saying i need to reinstall FRData.dll, someone please help me on what to do or how to do it ty

This doesn't look like a malware related issue. Did you install or uninstall SpamSubtract recently? If so, try reinstalling it back (and then uninstalling if you want to uninstall it originally).
