When i try to shut down my computer (start>shutdown) it restarts the computer...it saves the settings and all then restarts. I have disabled restart on error in my computer startup&recovery. Windows XP Pro SP2, didnt do anything in particular that caused it. :)

press ctrl + alt + delete...click shut down...click turn off...
