Uninstall AdvancedCleaner Free via the Add/Remove Programs panel if found.

Download Malwarebytes ' Anti-Malware at http://www.besttechi.../mbam-setup.exe or http://www.majorgeek...ware_d5756.html Double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

* Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform Full Scan, then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart (see Extra Note below).
* The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
* Copy & paste the entire report into your next reply.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

1. Download combofix at http://www.techsuppo...Bs/ComboFix.exe or http://download.blee...Bs/ComboFix.exe
2. Double-click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note:
Do not click on combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Thanks for the help. I ran the malwarebytes scan and I'll post the log. As for the combofix, the first said said it wasn't a valid win32 app and the second site said I couldn't rename the file. I wasn't attempting to rename the file, so any other suggestions would be great.

Try downloading combofix from the second site again. Don't save it yet. Rename it to CFLailow.exe instead and then save it to your desktop. See if you can run it now and post the log here when ready.

I found the problem with the combofix. I wasn't saving the file before I was running it. Thus, after I saved the file than ran it, it worked. So here's the log from the Combofix.

Download the Flash Disinfector at http://www.techsuppo...Disinfector.exe and save it to your desktop. Double-click on it to run it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Open up your Notepad editor (Start->Run, type in notepad and click OK). Copy the text from the quotebox below into Notepad:

Registry::
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"SM_IAN"=-

Save this as CFScript.txt in the same location as the ComboFix.exe tool.
Drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe
Follow the prompts. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note: Do not click on combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.

How is it running so far?

Thanks for all your help. I did the Flash Disenfector, now I'm working on the notepad thing. So I just save the Notepad file and place it into the program files where the combofix.exe is located?

And most everything is gone so things are running much smoother. The biggest problem is that every now and then some DLL file keeps trying to run. I meant to copy down the file directory yesterday but my roommate closed out the window. So as soon as I get that piece of info I'll let you know what that is.

And srsly, thanks for your help.

Combofix should be on your desktop and not in the Program Files folder....
