Whats is the best FREE adware, spyware, malware remover that also does updates and live protection that is again totally free?

There is no single program that will do this. Here is what I use:

AVG Free for AV
Comodo for Firewall
Spybot Search & Destroy for Spyware
Spywareblaster also for spyware

I usually pick one of the following each month and run it. I have 350000+ files on my system now so it takes a while to run but I think it's worth while. All these scanners require you to use Internet Explorer because they need to install an ActiveX component to run the scan.
