My computer will not let me select certain hyperlinks

So I just got my computer back from the Geek Squad, and I had a virus that wiped out my operating system, and now when I get online, and let's say I want to "select all" in my email to delete my mesgs it will not let me, nothing happens. If I go to another website it won't let me click on certain things, and it is really irritating. I don't know how else to describe what is happening, and I haven't found anything that remotely sounds like what is going with my computer. So if anyone has any suggestions-PLEASE LET ME KNOW what to do!!! Thanks

I have yahoo email and that also will not let me open any emails
