Hi My Microsoft Word was working fine and now when i opened it it goes to a windows installer. After that it said

"the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available"

Can someone please help me

Have you put your Office CD in when it asks you to?

i never had a CD. it was on the computer when i got it.

Was this Microsoft Works? Or did this Microsoft Office you say you had have Outlook,Powerpoint,Excel,Word all on the computer? Did you buy this computer from a friend or a retail store?

i have Microsoft Office XP Small Business and i bought it from the Dell store.
