I am trying to find out via software, what my exact hardware is.

I have hit a road block on removeing Visat and installing XP Pro.

I have Pro on, and its running (as I am typeing this now on it) but there are a few drivers still missing, and a few not working quite right. Like video, and is says there are 3 base computer things not working... its weird.. so I am at a loss... till I can goto makers and ask them for drivers (which I feel is useless cause HP SUCKS!)

any help?

oh yea and everest doesnt work... only shows you what you have with drivers :)

For Processor, Motherboard and RAM, you can have information from CPU-Z

For vga card or internal graphic, you can have information from GPU-Z

Those are the only information that you need if you're looking for Driver for your computer..

For other hardware such as TV-card, Wireless-card etc, Normally I use everest..
