delaying outgoing email in outlook

using outlook 2007, i know there is a way to delay a single email to be delivered at a later time.
is there a way to delay every email you send by 1 min, or 5 mins?
i always seem to forget to ad something right afer i hit send.

there is a way to manipulate the rules in outlook.

Check Messages before Sending

(don't check any conditions)

Check "defer delivery by a number of minutes" (the last checkbox)
