Ran everything that was asked before posting. I don't see the blackbird trojan on my desktop anymore but my desktop says 'Active Desktop Recovery' with a link to restore my desktop. My computer is still runniing EXTREMLY slow. Below is the logfile from Hijackthis.

Hi,

I see you are running Teatimer.
I suggest you to disable it because it can interfere with the changes you'll make on your system.
When everything is done and your log is clean again, you can enable it again.
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.
How to disable TeaTimer <== click me for instructions.
After you disabled Teatimer, download ResetTeaTimer.bat to your desktop. (In case you use Firefox, rightclick the link and choose "save as").
Doubleclick ResetTeaTimer.bat and let it run.
This will only take a few seconds.

Then,

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

The slow computer is most probably caused by McAfee + the other extra scanners you have installed, which are now running in the background.

The slow computer is most probably caused by McAfee + the other extra scanners you have installed, which are now running in the background.
