I have a couple fron USB's I need to connect to the Motherboard. The Motherboard is a NF4 Ultra-A9A I have what looks like three places to connect usbs to. Below is the manual for the motherboard, and the wires in question comeing from the two usb's on the front of the case. Thanks for any help.

Red, White, Green, Black, standard combination on a standard case.

Pin 2 Red, Pin 4 White, Pin 6 Green, Pin 8 black. Black is always next to the missing pin, then just copy the same colours onto the line with five pins. The fact you have a spare pin is arbitrary and it will be fine.
