System starts to reboot when plug in usb wireless adaptor

Dunno if im posting in the right forum...

But HELP..! whenever i try to plug in my usb linksys wireless adaptor, the whole computer will start to reboot itself. The computer can only work when i plugged it out. It was working fine the other day and i dunno what went wrong.

Any ideas? BTW, I'm using linksys model WUSB54g .

Try it on another computer. If the symptoms persist, most likely the adaptor is faulty.

Thanks for the reply! I tried to plug in the adaptor onto my other com this morning and i got the same problem.. But after a few tries the adaptor could work.. Its unpredictable... lol i guess the adaptor is turning faulty, and i will get it replaced soon.
