Hello

I'm running windows XP SP2. I've started to receive a BSOD for the past few days and haven't been able to pinpoint what the cause is or how to fix the problem. Here is the error i'm getting.
I started getting the error. All microsoft updates are done, all driver are updated (after the error started appearing but still hasn't fixed the error)

This error pretty much only comes up when i first boot the system after it's been shutdown for a period of time. I usually have to shutdown and restart 2 to 3 times then it boots no problem. If you need any other information please let me know.
Thanks for any and all help on this issue
