hello,

I keep getting an error popping up titled 'iexplore'. I'm not sure it the error is the same everytime, but the last one said, "Access violation at address 027D5514 in module 'COMCAS~1.DLL'. Read of address 5020392E." Can you tell me what I need to do to fix my problem?

Thanks.

Welcome to GTG.

This might not be a malware related issue. What changes did you make to your computer recently? Are you using any Comcast software/toolbar? If so, try uninstalling it via the Add/Remove Programs panel to see if it helps.

I've uninstalled the comcast toolbar, and I'll post again if I get the error message.

Thanks.
