The majority of errors I can see relate to ATI.
Are you by any chance using an TFT monitor?

Do you know the model of the screen?
The reason i'm asking this is because I can see CRT in the eventvwr.
This might very well be the reason to this. (And if it's not the booting issue it's still worth fixing because there shouldn't be errors there.)

Do you have the CATALYST Control Center?
It's usually a small red square with ATI in it.

Yes I do, but I stopped it from running when my computer starts up.
